Welcome to Ignite Goals ("Ignite", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when you sign up. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Ignite (or have a parent/guardian's permission if you're a minor and your local law requires it).
If you join a team, the team's coaches can view the data you choose to share (mental check-ins, goals, training logs). You can leave any team at any time from Settings → Coaches to instantly cut access.
Don't use Ignite to harass, impersonate, or harm others. Don't try to break, reverse engineer, or scrape the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
You own the goals, notes, and check-ins you create. You grant Ignite a license to host and display that content so the app can work for you and the coaches you've connected with.
Ignite is a mental-game and goal-tracking tool. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional coaching advice. If you're struggling, please talk to a qualified professional.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Some data may be retained as required by law.
Ignite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in-app or by email.
